About Us

Woody's opened in November 2007 and is now owned by Carla Mader.  We hope to continue the awesome legacy of Woody's! Chad and Nicole have done a terrific job with Woody's, and also the founder, Ann, in her original vision. Chad was at Woody's daily, and you always knew he had his heart and soul in the business and how much he really loved his clients and their fur babies! He will be missed greatly and we wish him all the best on his future endeavors! We hope to make him and Nicole proud!!!

Our goal is to provide the highest level of care and service to our clients. We will now be offering low cost vet clinics every other Sunday (Two per month) to expand our services and serve the community with affordable veterinary care! Also, we have added grooming back with Gianna.

About Carla :
Carla is the publisher of PetConnections magazine and a former veterinary technician and vet. hospital administrator of 25 years. She started her career as an Animal Health Tech in 1985, worked in pet retail, veterinary emergency and specialty in all disciplines of small animal medicine and ancillary services, throughout her career. She lives in Finleyville on a small horse farm. She loves ALL animals and loves working with people. https://petconnections.pet/

We offer an extremely clean, economical, fun and easy way to clean your dog.  At Woody's, you can bathe your dog, purchase healthy foods, specialty treats, unique toys, grooming products, accessories of all kinds and much, much more!

Woody's mission is to carry products that are high in quality and healthy for your dog. We promise to maintain high standards in our merchandise to ensure we keep your dog happy and their tail wagging!

We are adoption advocates and work with the local shelters and sponsor events to support pet adoptions.  Our exclusive "Gentle Grooming Policy" assures that your dog will not be caged, will be hand dried, and will be played with until you pick them up. Not only is Woody's the happening place for your pooch, it's also only 1/4 mile away from the South Park Dog Park, so this is a good location with ample, free parking and a doggy "do-do" area.

We provide everything you need to wash your pet.  Enjoy the convenience of waist high tubs when you bathe your pooch while our Bathmaster Bathing System feeds the shampoo, conditioner and rinse effortlessly through its system, so there is no need to "pump" the product.  We supply it all!  We only use high end shampoos and conditioners, provide towels and chamois, rakes, brushes, ear cleaner, face wash and high velocity doggy dryers.  Happy Hoodies by request

No Appointment Necessary

Something good
We may have self serve baths and grooming, but we are also a full service shop.  We have everything that you need for your dog from hygiene to food to fashion to play time and everything in between.  If we don't have it in stock, just ask, we may be able to get it!
